Your project quote and continuing costs
Website builds, custom development and substantial consultancy receive a project quote based on the agreed content, features and deliverables.
Short tasks can use an agreed hourly rate, with the task and time allowance confirmed before work starts.
Domains, hosting, business email and paid software may have renewal charges. Optional care has its own scope and fee. Your proposal separates these costs so you can understand the initial work and what continues afterwards.

Keep routine upkeep separate from a new project. A care arrangement can cover agreed updates, backups, checks and support, with a clear allowance for content changes.
The proposal names the schedule, fee, support route and responsibilities. Repairs, new features, hosting and licence renewals are included only where stated.
